50th Anniversary of Franco Flag!

On September 25, we cele50th anniversary of the Franco-Ontarian flag! This flag is seen throughout our diverse community of Kitchissippi Ward at schools, community groups and businesses in Westboro Community Association, Westboro Village, Hintonburg Community Association, Wellington West BIA and more.

Today I was proud to learn more on the history and beautiful story of our Franco-Ontarian flag and culture from my friend and business partner at UppaBe, Rick Bedard, over coffees and pastries in our very own neighbourhood at one of our favourite french bakeries, Mamie Clafoutis!
