Housing and Homelessness 10-year Plan

A great time connecting and learning about the City of Ottawa Housing and Homelessness 10-year Plan Refresh. Housing is a right and not a privilege.

Improvements include: inclusionary zoning, the new zoning bylaw (aimed to be passed for March 2026), affordable housing incentives (private and public partnerships) to fill the affordable housing gap and so much more. Working together across all sectors will yield results.

Meeting like minded people and engaging in passionate dialogue on real solutions for addressing homelessness and housing left me inspired tonight.
